What I Use

Here at t.c. dharma, I use Organic Oils .  In Sanskrit, the ancient language of Ayurveda, oil is sneha.  Sneha also means love.  Oil is Love.  Oil holds a special place in the Ayurvedic tradition as the nourisher.  Skin absorption is a route by which substances can enter our body and be carried to the deeper tissues.  Unlike food we ingest, there is no filtration system in our skin to remove harmful toxins.   I feel organic oils are safer than regular oils or lotions.  With the exception of my pure organic massage oil, the oils I use are infused with organic herbs specifically chosen for their balancing properties.  You will find them calming, soothing and moisturizing.
