Deep Tissue should not mean deep pain! Deep tissue massage is for relieving tension and held spots in the deeper layers of the muscles giving you longer looser muscles and increase range of motion. This massage focuses on the back, glutes and shoulders to help with chronic aches or working things out after over doing it at the gym.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hour advance notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than 24 hour notice is given and I am unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged for the price of your session.
