Service Description

Panchakarma means "five Treatment" in Sanskrit. It is a cleansing procedure done with the season changes in Ayurveda. This half Panchakarma massage includes Gharshana Abhyanga and Shirodhara. Shirodhara invloves a warm flow of oil over your forehead and scalp. It is highly beneficial for bringing on a deep sense of calm and stillness to the mind. If you get all stressed, worry about things outside your control, or just feel ungrounded, this massage is tailor made for you, any time of the year. As you can probably guess, this is a bit of a messy massage and you need to be prepared to have oil in your hair. ***Please Note: Due to the special oils used for this massage a deposit of $50 is due at time of booking your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hour advance notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than 24 hour notice is given and I am unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged for the price of your session.
