Hot Bamboo can help with back aches due to the stretching and rolling of the muscles and heat from the bamboo, respiratory problems from the calming, relaxing nature of the treatment, headaches/migraines as the treatment releases stress and tension. Hot Bamboo Massage has healing properties that alleviate muscle tension, aches and pains, improves joint function, increases circulation and helps to enhance the quality of your sleep. This is my personal favorite to relax and work out my sore muscles.
