My Swedish Massage is a full body therapeutic massage for sore, stressed muscles and frazzled spirits. Research shows that weekly sessions of Swedish massage helps with the discomfort and mobility of those suffering with Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Parkinson's. We begin your session with you laying in a face down position, where I will use moderate pressure on your back and shoulder muscles, gently kneading them into relaxation. Then I work your glutes and the entire back side of your legs and finish off with a foot massage featuring a little reflexology. Next, you roll onto your back and I massage the lower legs and those thighs that hold much more tension than you realize. A little more love to the feet and I move to your arms. Your neck is next, to soften and lengthen the tension away. I like to finish with a scalp massage. This the perfect massage for those new to massage therapy or those who have been enjoying it for years. Swedish massage helps balance your sense of well being by relaxing the body, relieving the mind and soothing the soul.
